The Art of Dream Exploration: Navigating the World Within

This workshop invites participants to create a personal dream book using creative writing, poetic reflection, and collage.
Rather than treating dreams as puzzles to solve, we approach them as living experiences that can be revisited and explored through artistic practice. Dream books become landscapes filled with unusual characters, shifting environments, surprising encounters, and meaningful events.
Participants will gather dream fragments, images, memories, emotions, and symbols as raw creative material. Through guided exercises, we will transform dream experiences into poems, short texts, visual compositions, and layered pages. We will explore how dream elements function within the dream world rather than seeking fixed interpretations. Collage techniques will help participants build visual maps of their inner landscapes and imaginative worlds. Group discussion and reflection will support the discovery of personal themes, questions, and connections that emerge over time. The result will be an evolving artist’s dream book that serves as both a creative archive and a record of an ongoing relationship with the imagination.
Classes may be held in German and English, but participants can write in any language.
